Please be advised, this training is for Customers ONLY. Please use the credentials found in this invitation to invite interested customers to register for this session.
Group Onboarding Platform Orientations or GOPO Customer training sessions designed to offer the same onboarding training we provide our individual customers but, in a group setting. The following are the details concerning these orientations:
- An orientation will be held twice a month
- Each orientation will last 1 week
- Each orientation consists of 3 to 5 sessions
- Each session is about 2 hours (with time at the end to answer questions)
- Sessions will be asynchronous with participants' cameras and audio off.
- Questions will be posted on the Chat board
- 10 customers per group orientation
- Max 30 people per orientation
- The 5 modules we will cover during an orientation will be:
- Contact, Campaigns, Events, Membership, & Finance
